Deep funding cuts have put the great work Floridians have been doing for decades to protect our waters and restore important conservation lands in serious jeopardy.
The Water and Land Conservation Amendment is the best way to safeguard funding necessary to keep our water abundant and clean, and to protect Florida's beaches, springs and other natural areas for future generations.
To get this important amendment on the November 2014 ballot, we need volunteers to gather signatures from Florida voters—that's why we need your help!
Please fill out the form below to join the campaign and begin gathering signatures in your community.
|Signing up to gather signatures at events and public locations with other volunteers is the most significant way you can help: after all, 80 percent of the signatures gathered will come from volunteers going to farmers markets, libraries, festivals and other locations with lots of foot traffic. |
You can also join the ranks of our most committed volunteers—the 1,000 Signature Club—and make a pledge to gather 1,000 signatures between now and November 30, 2013.
Campaign staff will provide you with training, support and all the materials you need to get started!
